ResourceNet (Issues facing children and their families)

ResourceNet is a bulletin board service for those interested in child
and family issues, policy, and systems of care.
ResourceNet's primary purpose is to provide a place where parents,
youth, researchers, educators, policy makers, service providers and
others can share and exchange information about issues facing children
and their families.
ResourceNet provides a variety of public discussion forums, newgroups,
file libraries, an internet accessible e-mail system, real time
conferencing, and other features that provides information, commentary,
discussion and fun to its users. (Note: telnet users will not be able to
DL files unless their host computer supports an 8 Bit connection and
Zmodem protocol).
