The Press was first started in EY 5.3005 [1983] in California, under the name Danaan Anistanai Press--the Danaan "Resurrection", "Restoration", or "Awakening" Press. Because the word "anistanai" was completely unknown to those who had not studied Ancient Greek, when the Press was re-established in Texas in EY 5.3018 [1996] the name was simplified by dropping the middle word."
